Common questions
What is a digital product passport?
A QR code on the product leads to a page with the data the law requires for it. Which data that is, and from when you need it, depends on your product group. We help you get it in order.
How does supplier outreach work?
You get the email already written, in English and in Chinese, listing exactly the fields your supplier still owes you. Send it yourself, or leave it to us. We then keep track of who has replied and who has not, and fill the answers in on your product.
Am I locked in?
No. You can pull your data back out at any time, as a file another provider can read. That holds when you cancel too.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter costs nothing and covers one product. You never have to leave card details.
